2010 RATE INFORMATION
All site and rental unit rates are based on up to 2 adults, 2 children and one camping unit. Additional people will result in additional fees. The maximum number of adults allowed on a campsite at any time is 4. The maximum number of people allowed on a campsite is 6. Separate families sharing 1 campsite with separate camping equipment (including tents) will be charged for a campsite (not a visitor's fee).

DEPOSIT POLICY
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover or you may mail us a money order. Credit cards are processed when reservation is taken for your deposit. Money orders must be received within 5 days of the reservation being made or it will be subject to cancellation.

There is a three (3) night minimum for all holiday weekends. No discounts apply to holidays, special event weekends or already discounted rates.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent campsites to anyone under age 18. Unless your group consists of parents/grandparents with children, everyone on the site must be age 18 or older.

Minimum age required to rent a cabin is 21 years and the person who books the cabin must stay at the cabin for the entire rental period. Sub-letting or parents renting for their children under the age of 21 is NOT allowed. No student groups or house parties of any kind.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of campsite reservations require a 7 day notice for a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Less than 7 days notice, you will be given credit for the current camping season.

Cancellation of rental unit reservations require a 14 day advance notice to receive a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Less than 14 days notice, you will be given credit for the current camping season.

Deposits of reservations cancelled on the scheduled arrival date will be forfeited.

If there is no advance notification, deposits of non-arrival guests will be forfeited and the site will be released without notice.

Sorry, but we do not give refunds due to illness, work schedule changes, inclement weather, voluntary departure, acts of nature or eviction.

CAMPING CLUBS
Camping clubs are welcome. Camping clubs will receive a 10% discount providing that they reserve 10 or more campsites for 2 or more nights. The pavilion and Rec hall are available at certain times for club activities. Please check with management when making your reservation. Discount does not apply on Holiday or Special weekends. A one night deposit for each site is required.

RENTAL UNIT CLEANING FEE
Rental units are expected to be left reasonably clean. Please wash and put away dishes, empty the refrigerator, and dispose of all trash. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card for rental units requiring an extensive cleaning.

TAXES
An 8.75% NYS Sales Tax is additional on all Cabin and Mobile home rental rates stated below.
