Mother's Day Weekend
Spend the weekend celebrating Mom! Craft for the kids ($), a few games and a pancake breakfast on Sunday, FREE for our registered campers.

Adirondack Paddlefest in Old Forge happens this weekend!
Adirondack Paddlefest has the largest selection of canoes, kayaks, and SUPs on sale anywhere in the northeast. It also features continuous on-water paddling, clinics, demos, lectures, classes, food and fun for the whole family. Leading manufacturers will be on hand. Armed Forces Day
As a token of our appreciation for your service, either active or retired, Kayuta Lake Campground would like to offer a free day of camping to the brave men and women who protect us and our freedom.
Just pay regular price on Friday May 16, 2014 and receive Saturday May 17, 2014 FREE! You must provide your Military ID at check-in to receive this special offer. Please mention “Armed Forces Day” when making your reservations. Thank you for your dedication and service!

Welcome Back Pasta Pot Luck Dinner
Our Welcome back Pasta Pot-Luck dinner will be held on Saturday. Please bring a dish to share, your own plates, utensils & drinks. Renew old friendships and make new ones! We will supply the pasta, sauce and meatballs! Please sign up at the office.

Wet & Wild Weekend
Cool Fun! Bring your water guns, water balloons and lots of towels! Let's enjoy this summer weekend with wet & wild games and water fights! After a day of running around, soaked to the bone, finish it up roasting marshmellows over the General Store Fire Pit!
Boilermaker on Sunday July 13th in Utica
The Boilermaker 15K road race hosts over 17,000 runners per year. Boilermaker Weekend offers events for participants of every age and skill level. It has grown to include fitness and special events, such as a 5K Race, a 3 Mile Walk, a Kids' Run, an Invitational Mile, Youth Olympics, a Health and Fitness Expo, and more. Christmas in July
Santa Claus will be visiting Kayuta Lake Campground this weekend! Children's crafts($) - Site decorating contest - "Sleigh" wagon ride with Santa - Elf Training - and more. Parents, please bring a wrapped gift with your child's name on it for Santa to give out.
Boonville-Oneida County Fair
In the area this week is the Boonville-Oneida County Fair at the Boonville Fairgrounds. Fairs starts Tuesday 7/22/14 and runs until Sunday 7/27/14. See the Boonville-Oneida County Fair webpage for more information.
Red Neck Yachting Weekend
Join us at the lake for Red Neck Yachting, Kayuta Lake style! Build a boat out of cardboard, glue, paint and duct tape large enough to hold one person who will race it in the lake! Prizes awarded for fastest time, most spectacular sinking, best theme (includes boat and crew) and what ever else we think up! Official rules available at the office and on our Facebook page. Riggie Cookoff Weekend
It's time for Kayuta Lake Campground's "Not Yet World Famous Riggie Cookoff"! Come be a contestant or a taster at our Riggie Cookoff! Bring your favorite recipe. Trophies for 1st though 3rd Place and Peoples Choice.
Build your own Nascar Race car out of cardboard and race it in our Kayuta Lake 500! Trophies awarded! Official rules & car specs available at the office and on our Facebook page.
Hey Campers! August 10th is National S’mores Day! Come have a campfire & create the perfect combination of rich milk chocolate, gooey toasted marshmallows and crispy, golden Graham Crackers! Come celebrate this delicious treat this weekend!

Woodsmen's Field Days at the Boonville Oneida County Fairgrounds on Schuyler Street in Boonville. Kid's games at the campground & a DJ - DEA Entertainment in the evening.

Old Forestport Days
Annual OLD FORESTPORT DAYS! From Noon to 9:00 PM! Features the Town-sponsored Fireworks over the Forestport Pond at quarter past dark. Come on down for the days activities!
Death by Chocolate Weekend
Lot's of Chocolate this weekend! Chocolate doughnut eating contest, Bobbing for Worms, after dark flashlight chocolate candy hunt. Later on that evening, come to our famous chocolate dessert pot luck! Bring a chocolate dessert to share! We will supply a chocolate fountain, you bring the snacks to dip!

In the area this weekend, the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts will be happening on Main Street in Remsen. Barn Fest begins on Saturday 9/27/14 and ends Sunday 9/28/14. See the Remsen Barn Fest webpage for more information.

Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner
Come join us for one last pot luck dinner for our campers to say good bye to another great season! Dinner will be held at 6pm on Saturday and will have a Thanksgiving theme. We will supply the Turkey & Gravy, please bring a covered dish, your own plates, utensils & drinks. We will follow up the dinner with one last Glow in the Dark Haywagon ride. Bring your glow sticks, glow bracelets, or anything else that glows!

This is our last weekend for overnight camping for the 2014 season. It is a great time to relax and spend some old fashioned quality camping time with your family. There are no scheduled activities but our park has plenty to do like basketball, volleyball, laser tag, fishing, kayaking & canoeing, arcade, horseshoes, Gaga Ball, the playground and many other great family games. Come camp with us one last weekend!
