Gas Saver Weekends
Come camp with us for two consecutive weekends and store your RV on the campsite, set-up and ready to go for the next weekend of camping! The on-site storage between weekends is only $15.00. No hauling, leveling or any of those other set up hassles-just come and relax! Availability is limited. Other discounts do not apply.
Opening Weekend has arrived! Lot's of fun things planned already! Including a scavenger hunt & haywagon ride.
Mother's Day Weekend
Spend the weekend celebrating Mom! Craft for the kids ($), a few games and a pancake breakfast on Sunday, FREE for our registered campers. Please bring your own plates & utensils. We will supply the pancakes, sausages, coffee & tea.

Welcome Back Pot Luck Dinner
Our Welcome back Pot-Luck dinner will be held on Saturday. Please bring a dish to share, your own plates, utensils & drinks. Renew old friendships and make new ones! Please sign up at the office.

Memorial Day Weekend (3 Night Minimum)
Kick off the summer camping season with games, a parade, Ice Cream Social($), Glow stick Haywagon ride, Top Shot Competition, Ice Cream Floats($), DJ on Saturday and live music on Sunday provided by W.A.N.T.E.D.! Activities for campers of all ages!
Chicken BBQ Weekend
Children's crafts($), Foul Shot Basketball Shootout, Hayride & a Chicken BBQ($). BBQ sign up is available at the office!
National Get Outdoors Weekend
Get Outdoors & Go Camping! June 8th, 2013 is National Get Outdoors Day! An outgrowth of the Get Outdoors USA! A National campaign to help our children seek out healthy, active outdoor lives and embrace the nature around them.
Come Camping at Kayuta Lake Campground this weekend to join in on all the ways we are participating with the get outdoors campaign.
Father's Day Weekend
Come celebrate Dad! Craft for the kids($)-Make your own Pet Rock then race it in our very first Pet Rock Race! Pancake breakfast on Sunday, FREE for our registered campers. Please bring your own plates & utensils. We will supply the pancakes, sausages, coffee & tea.

Pet's Rule Weekend
Join us for our pet parade & pet competitions! Prizes and bragging rights go to the Top Performers!
School's Out Weekend
Join us for a fun day of friendly competitions, hayrides & children's crafts($)! School's out! Kids, bring your old homework to toss in the fire at tonights School's Out Firepit!

Celebrate our nation's independence while camping Kayuta Lake Style! Show your patriotic side by taking part in our many activities planned for this week, like parades, ice cream socials, watermelon eating contest, seed spitting contest, donut eating contest, hay rides, DJ's, live music by Johnson & Company and much, much more! Wet & Wild Weekend
Cool Fun! Bring your water guns, water balloons and lots of towels! Let's enjoy this summer weekend with wet & wild games and races, water fights! After a day of running around, soaked to the bone, finish it up roasting marshmellows over the General Store Fire Pit!
When there’s something strange, in the neighborhood, who ya’ gonna call? We call Stacey Jones, paranormal investigator & founder of the Central NY Ghost Hunters, the largest and longest running ghost hunter group in NY! Stacey will be coming to Kayuta Lake Campground this weekend to give us a presentation on the equipment used during ghost hunts & evidence she has found using this equipment. Join her after the presentation on a ghost hunt through the park (if you dare)!
Boilermaker on Sunday July 14th in Utica
The Boilermaker 15K road race hosts over 17,000 runners per year. Boilermaker Weekend offers events for participants of every age and skill level. It has grown to include fitness and special events, such as a 5K Race, a 3 Mile Walk, a Kids' Run, an Invitational Mile, Youth Olympics, a Health and Fitness Expo, and more. Designed around the weekend’s crown jewel, the Boilermaker 15K Road Race, Boilermaker Weekend promotes a healthy lifestyle with a focus on fun, family, and community spirit! Christmas in July
Santa Claus will be visiting Kayuta Lake Campground this weekend! Children's crafts($) - Site decorating contest - Christmas movie - "Sleigh" wagon ride with Santa - Snowball eating contest - and more. Parents, please bring a wrapped gift with your child's name on it for Santa to give out.
Boonville-Oneida County Fair
In the area this week is the Boonville-Oneida County Fair at the Boonville Fairgrounds. Fairs starts Monday 7/22/13 and runs until Sunday 7/28/12. See the Boonville-Oneida County Fair webpage for more information.
Red Neck Yachting Weekend
Join us at the lake for Red Neck Yachting, Kayuta Lake style! Build a boat out of cardboard, glue, paint and duct tape large enough to hold one person who will race it in the lake! Prizes awarded for fastest time, most spectacular sinking, best theme (includes boat and crew) and what ever else we think up! Official rules available at the office and on our Facebook page. NEW for this year - a Boat parade around the campground and a longer race course in the lake!
Build your own Nascar Race car out of cardboard and race it in our first ever Kayuta Lake 500! Trophies awarded! Official rules & car specs available at the office and on our Facebook page.
Chili Cookoff Weekend
It's time again for Kayuta Lake Campground's "Not Yet World Famous Chili Cookoff"! Come be a contestant or a taster at our annual Chili Cookoff! Bring your favorite recipe. You have to be in it to win it! Trophies for 1st though 3rd Place and Peoples Choice.

Woodsmen Field Days
Woodsmen's Field Days at the Boonville Oneida County Fairgrounds on Schuyler Street in Boonville. Kid's games at the campground. After you come back from the fairgrounds, spend the evening dancing and singing to live music performed by Hott Roxx! See the Woodsmen Field Days webpage for more information.
Death by Chocolate Weekend
Lot's of Chocolate this weekend! Chocolate pudding slip and slide, after dark flashlight chocolate candy hunt....and new this year...Pie Jousting! You will face off against a pie-wielding competitor on a bike, and when the judge yells “JOUST!”, you ride past each other and try to throw the pie at your competitor. The “least-creamed” goes on to the next round! Later on that evening, come to our famous chocolate dessert pot luck! Bring a chocolate dessert to share! We will supply a chocolate fountain, you bring the snacks to dip!

Labor Day Weekend (3 night minimum)
Come celebrate the end of summer with us! Join in our Labor Day Parade, Hayrides, ice cream social, DJ (DEA Entertainment), competitions & much, much more! Live music provided by The Fulton Chain Gang. Don't miss out! Make your reservations now!
Prepare to be spooked! Craft for the kids($), halloween games, halloween parade, DJ halloween dance provided by DEA Entertainment, decorated site contest (Prizes awarded for the best decorated site), Trick or Treating and a Haunted Haywagon Trail - not for the faint of heart!
Pasta Pot Luck Dinner
Join us for a Pasta Pot-Luck dinner. Bring a side dish to share, your own plates, cups, utensils & drinks. We will supply the pasta, sauce and meatballs! Please sign up at the office.
While Barnfest is going on in Remsen, we will have crafts for the kids, hayrides & games going on back here!
Remsen Barn Fest
In the area this weekend, the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts will be happening on Main Street in Remsen. Barn Fest begins on Saturday 9/28/13 and ends Sunday 9/29/13. See the Remsen Barn Fest webpage for more information.

Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner
One last pot luck dinner for our campers to say good bye & Thank You for another great season! A Thanksgiving Dinner will be held at 6pm on Saturday in the playhouse. We will supply the turkey, you bring the sides!
