Hello Campers!

It's official! The pool is done and will be ready to swim in mid-May! Don't forget to bring your bathing suits!

We are already accepting reservations for the 2010 season. So if you want to get your favorite site on your favorite week, weekend or holiday, now's the time to book! It is never too early to start planning for 2010!

Opening day for the 2010 season. Remember to book early to get the site of your choice!

A full schedule of events, including times and fees, is available at check in. Activities are subject to change depending on weather and participation.

May 1st thru June 27th

Gas Saver Weekends
Stay any two consecutive weekends and leave your camping unit unoccupied and unplugged on site for FREE for the week! Onsite storage does not include electric. If you leave your trailer plugged in, there is a $2.00 per day charge. Availability is limited. Other discounts do not apply.

May 8th & 9th

Mother's Day Weekend
Come spend a great weekend celebrating Mother’s day. Craft for the kids ($), a few games and a pancake breakfast on Sunday, FREE for our registered campers. Please bring your own utensils, plates & drinks. We will supply the coffee!

($) Nominal fee charged to cover expenses.

May 28th thru May 31st

Memorial Day Weekend
Plenty to do this weekend! Join in our Memorial Day Red, White and Blue Parade, Hayrides, Games & tournaments.

Saturday Bill Woodruff of Wood Creek Reptiles will host a 3 hour interactive presentation introducing our campers to reptiles from all over the world. Come learn about and pet some turtles, snakes, lizards, tortoise, even an alligator!

See the Fulton Chain Gang play live on Sunday! Other activities are also being planned. Stay tuned for more events!

June 5th

Welcome Back Pot Luck Dinner
Our Seasonals Welcome back Pot-Luck dinner will be held at 6pm on Saturday. Bring a dish to share, your own plates, utensils & drinks. Renew old friendships and make new ones. Please sign up at the office.

June 19th & 20th

Father's Day Weekend

4th of July Weekend
You won't be bored this weekend!

Live Campground Auction to be held in the playhouse on Saturday afternoon. Come see the fun and excitement of a live professional auctioneer! Tools, collectibles, fishing equipment, gift items, seasonal & household goods, closeouts, novelties, appliances & more. Free door prizes!

Saturday night enjoy live music provided by "Fuzzy Dice" then Sunday night, dance to the great sounds of John's DJ Service.

Join in our 4th of July Red, White and Blue Parade, Hayrides, Games, tournaments, watermelon eating and seed spitting contest.

July 10th

Christmas in July
Santa Claus will be visiting Kayuta Lake Campground this weekend! Site decorating contest - Christmas movies in the Rec Hall - "Sleigh" wagon ride with Santa - Photos with Santa.
Parents, bring a wrapped gift with your child's name on it for Santa to give out.

Teens (ages 13 - 17), bring a wrapped gift valued at $10.00 and join in our Yankee Gift Swap. Sure to be a lot of fun! Adults (ages 18+), don't want you to feel left out! Bring a wrapped gift valued at $15.00 and join in your own Yankee Gift Swap.

July 17th

Pasta Pot Luck Dinner
Join us for a Pasta Pot-Luck dinner to be held at 6pm on Saturday. Bring a side dish to share, your own plates, cups, utensils & drinks. We will supply the pasta, sauce and meatballs! Please sign up at the office.

Stick around afterwards for a Bon Fire!

July 24th

Wet & Wild Weekend
Cool Fun! Bring your water guns, water balloons and lots of towels! Let's enjoy this summer weekend with pool games and races, water fights, and “ice cream eating with no hands” contest.

Area Event

Boonville-Oneida County Fair
In the area this week is the Boonville-Oneida County Fair at the Boonville Fairgrounds. Fairs starts Monday 7/26/10 and runs until Sunday 8/1/10.

July 31st

70's Weekend
Go back in time and dress up in your bell bottoms and platform shoes. Join us for a dance with 70's music provided by John's DJ Service. Kids, bring an item to tie dye and decorate your very own pet rock! Oh What a Night!

August 7th

3rd Annual Rain Gutter Regetta
Build your own sailboat and come race it in our 3rd Annual Rain Gutter Regetta. Join in with Canoe races & swimming races in the pool!

August 14th

Chili Cookoff & Pot Luck Supper
Once again our annual Chili Cookoff/Pot Luck Dinner will be held on Saturday. Do you have what it takes to beat our 2009 Chili Queen, Bev Federico? Bring your favorite recipe. You have to be in it to win it!

August 20th - August 22nd

Woodsmen Field Days
Woodsmen's Field Days at the Boonville Oneida County Fairgrounds on Schuyler Street in Boonville.

After you come back from the fairgrounds, spend Saturday evening rocking, dancing and singing to all of your favorite classic tunes performed live by "W.A.N.T.E.D.".

August 27th

Halloween Weekend
Halloween Parade - Decorated Site contest - Prizes awarded for the best decorated site - Trick or Treating for the Kids. Costume Party in the Playhouse Saturday night with music and dancing provided by John's DJ Service.

September 3rd thru the 6th

Labor Day Weekend
Come celebrate the end of summer with us!

Join in our Labor Day Parade, Hayrides, Games & tournaments.

Just in case you missed him on Memorial Day weekend, spend Saturday with Bill Woodruff of Wood Creek Reptiles as he hosts a 3 hour interactive presentation introducing our campers to reptiles from all over the world.

Performing live in the Playhouse Sunday night will be The Fulton Chain Gang. Entertaining us with their high-energy stage presence and hard-driving country-rock style.

Other activities are also being planned. Stay tuned for more events!

September 18th

Pig Roast & Luau
Celebrate at our luau including Limbo Contest, Pig Roast & Bon fire. Tickets will be sold in the General Store. Pricing to be determined shortly. Please pre register for this event by September 6th! Don't forget to wear your Hawaiian gear!

Remsen Barn Fest
In the area this weekend, the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts will be happening on Main Street in Remsen. Barn Fest begins on Saturday 9/25/10 and ends Sunday 9/26/10.

Seasonal Farewell Pot Luck Dinner
One last pot luck dinner for our Seasonal campers to say good bye to another great season! Dinner will be held at 6pm on Saturday in the playhouse.
