The 2014 Camping Season has come to an end.

We would like to take this time to thank everyone, our campers & our staff, for an amazing season! We could not have done any of this without all of YOU!

Armed Forces Weekend
As a token of our appreciation for your service, either active or retired, Kayuta Lake Campground would like to offer a free day of camping to the brave men and women who protect us and our freedom.

Just pay regular price on Friday May 15, 2015 and receive Saturday May 16, 2015 FREE!

You must provide your valid Military ID at check-in to receive this special offer.
Valid on RV Sites, Tent sites & Cabins!

Adirondack Paddlefest
Adirondack Paddlefest in Old Forge happens this weekend!

Adirondack Paddlefest has the largest selection of canoes, kayaks, and SUPs on sale anywhere in the northeast. It also features continuous on-water paddling, clinics, demos, lectures, classes, food and fun for the whole family. Leading manufacturers will be on hand. Memorial Day Weekend (3 Night Minimum)
Kick off the summer camping season with games, a parade, Make your Own Sundaes($), Glow stick Haywagon ride, DJ/VJ & Karaoke brought to you by Sound Investment on Saturday and live music on Sunday provided by Hot Roxx! Activities for campers of all ages!


Welcome Bank Pot Luck Dinner
Our Welcome back Pasta Pot-Luck dinner will be held on Saturday. Please bring a dish to share, your own plates, utensils & drinks. Renew old friendships and make new ones! We will supply the pasta, sauce and meatballs! Please sign up at the office.


Father's Day Weekend
Come celebrate Dad! Craft for the kids($), competitions, Pancake breakfast on Sunday, FREE for our registered campers.

4th of July Weekend (3 Night Minimum)
Celebrate our nation's independence while camping Kayuta Lake Style! Show your patriotic side by taking part in our many activities planned for this week, like parades, ice cream socials, hay rides, and much, much more! Annual campground auction this weekend! Wet & Wild Weekend
Cool Fun! Bring your water guns, water balloons and lots of towels! Let's enjoy this summer weekend with wet & wild games and water fights! After a day of running around, soaked to the bone, finish it up roasting marshmellows over the General Store Fire Pit!


Boilermaker on Sunday July 12th in Utica
The Boilermaker 15K road race hosts over 17,000 runners per year. Boilermaker Weekend offers events for participants of every age and skill level. It has grown to include fitness and special events, such as a 5K Race, a 3 Mile Walk, a Kids' Run, an Invitational Mile, Youth Olympics, a Health and Fitness Expo, and more. Designed around the weekend’s crown jewel, the Boilermaker 15K Road Race, Boilermaker Weekend promotes a healthy lifestyle with a focus on fun, family, and community spirit! Red Neck Yachting Weekend
Join us at the lake for Red Neck Yachting, Kayuta Lake style! Build a boat out of cardboard, glue, paint and duct tape large enough to hold one person who will race it in the lake! Prizes awarded for fastest time, most spectacular sinking, best theme (includes boat and crew) and what ever else we think up! Official rules available at the office and on our Facebook page. Join in on the fun!


Boonville-Oneida County Fair
In the area this week is the Boonville-Oneida County Fair at the Boonville Fairgrounds. Fairs starts Tuesday 7/21/15 and runs until Sunday 7/26/15. See the Boonville-Oneida County Fair webpage for more information.


Christmas in July
Santa Claus will be visiting Kayuta Lake Campground this weekend! Children's crafts($) - Site decorating contest - "Sleigh" wagon ride with Santa - and more. Parents, please bring a wrapped gift with your child's name on it for Santa to give out.


Meatball Cookoff Weekend
It's time for Kayuta Lake Campground's "Not Yet World Famous Meatball Cookoff"! Come be a contestant or a taster at our Meatball Cookoff! Bring your favorite recipe. Trophies for 1st though 3rd Place and People's Choice.


Race Weekend at Kayuta Lake
Come race our new Pedal Karts in our Kayuta Lake 500! Trophies awarded!


Death by Chocolate Weekend
Lot's of Chocolate this weekend, including our famous chocolate dessert pot luck! Bring a chocolate dessert to share! We will supply a chocolate fountain, you bring the snacks to dip!

New York State Fair
The New York State Fair will be held at the NYS Fairgrounds in Syracuse from 8/27/15 to 9/7/15! Click HERE for more information. Sure to be fun for the whole family!


Halloween Weekend
Prepare to be spooked! Craft for the kids($), halloween games, halloween parade, decorated site contest, Trick or Treating and a Haunted Haywagon Trail - not for the faint of heart!

Labor Day Weekend (3 night minimum)
Come celebrate the end of summer with us! Join in our Labor Day Parade, Hayrides, & much, much more! Live music provided by W.A.N.T.E.D.. Don't miss out! Make your reservations now!


Hero's Weekend
To thank all Military, Police, Fire Fighters, and EMT's for the wonderful job you do, join us and camp for one night and get the second night free with your "Hero" ID (includes all rentals and campsites). A valid ID card will be required at check-in for proof that you are a member of one of these fine organizations. (No other discounts apply).

Did you stay with us this season? If so, let us show you our appreciation by giving you 20-50% off on our Customer Appreciation weekend: September 18th – 20th (Limited Availability)

The more you camped with us in 2015, the more you'll save this weekend!

Remsen Barn Fest Weekend
In the area this weekend, the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts will be happening on Main Street in Remsen. Barn Fest begins on Saturday 9/26/15 and ends Sunday 9/27/15. See the Remsen Barn Fest webpage for more information.

Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner
Come join us for one last pot luck dinner for our campers to say good bye to another great season! Dinner will have a Thanksgiving theme. We will supply the Turkey & Gravy, please bring a covered dish, your own plates, utensils & drinks. We will follow up the dinner with a campfire outside the store and FREE Smore's. We supply the marshmallows, chocolate & graham crackers, you bring the sticks!!

Please sign up for the dinner at the store to let others know what side dish you will be bringing!


Closing Weekend
This is our last weekend for overnight camping for the 2015 season. It is a great time to relax and spend some old fashioned quality camping time with your family. There are no scheduled activities but our park has plenty to do like basketball, volleyball, laser tag, fishing, kayaking & canoeing, pedal karts, arcade, horseshoes, Gaga Ball, the playground and many other great family games. Come camp with us one last weekend!
