KAYUTA LAKE CAMPGROUND IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP

Welcome to your NEW home away from home!

Greetings from Mike & Karin Caccavale!

As of February, 2008, we are the new owners of the Kayuta Lake Campground. We want to make sure that every guest at our campground feels welcome by providing you with a clean, safe, family friendly environment to relax and enjoy yourself. Feel free to stop by the office and say hello.

Our current goals for the campground include a lot of cleaning and restoration, as well as bringing this park up to quality standards we know you expect and will appreciate. We plan on making some major upgrades throughout the park over the upcoming year.

We are also in the process of designing a new webpage. So if anyone has any recent pictures taken at the campground that they would like to share, please feel free to e-mail them to info@kayutalakecampground.com.

One of the first changes we will be making will be to extend the camping season. Beginning in 2008, our season will now run from May 1st to October 15th. Be sure to make your reservations early.

Please check our site periodically for more updates and changes!!!!

Things To Do While At The Kayuta Lake Campground

The object of the game is for players to cast their bolas around the rungs of a "ladder". The first player to score 21 points, wins!
  • NEW in 2008- Cornhole Courts - Cornhole is similar to horseshoes except you use wooden boxes called cornhole boards and cornhole bags instead of horseshoes and metal stakes. Players take turns pitching their corn hole bags at the corn hole boards until they reach a score of 21 points. A corn bean bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the boards scores 1 point.
  • NEW in 2008 - Disc Golf - Kayuta Lake Campground has placed a 9 hole disc golf course in the campground. Available from dawn to dusk 7 days a week, weather permitting.

Prizes awarded for finding all 5 "caches".
